  In December 2017 I had a problem with a card that I'd purchased. The manager had just left the store for the day however he returned upon my request within 20 minutes of me speaking with him. Once he arrived he was so accommodating & beyond respectful. This really touched my heart because what manager or employee for that matter is willing to take time out of their busy schedule to return to work to make things right with a customer after leaving. I'll never forget this act of kindness, sacrifice, and G-R-E-A-T customer service! If you want a CVS store in Houston that will go above and beyond, then this is your manager (Collins Ambaya) and this is definitely your store. This manager deserves 10 stars; 5 is not enough.... Nuff said!!!
